How are returns handled?
WE OFFER RETURNS ON DAMAGED GOODS; NO SIZE EXCHANGES. Any returns or problems that occur because of a printing error on our part will be handled at our expense. We include a return address straight to our HQ, to ensure a quick return. We do not do size exchanges, but please email us at hello@swagdiego.com, or fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. We want the best customer service, and will always figure out a solution!How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Standard fulfillment time is 2-8 business days.
How should I wash my printed garments?
Wash inside out. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low/hang dry.
Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails sent to the email address used to place your order.
